Teething Biscuits, Parking tickets, Pumpkins and Butterflies

So the title of this post makes absolutely no sense, however, it will. I have been so horrible at posting that you are now going to get an overload update, full of pictures and what we have been up to. Halle is now 6 months old and is doing so many fun things. She is eating solid foods and LOVES her teething biscuits. She gets good and messy when she eats them, and we just let her go for it, with a tub of water waiting for her in the bathroom.

Blake and I celebrated our 7th anniversary on the 23rd. It is crazy to look back and see how fast time has gone by. We went to our FAVORITE place for dinner, RED ROCK, and had a wonderful and tasty meal, but as we got back to our car (parked in the AMPCO parking lot to the east of the restaurant), we found a little present on our car...a $50 parking ticket. BOO!!! $50 DOLLARS?!?!?! What? We put the $3 in the little metal box before going into the restaurant and they still gave us a ticket for "non pre payment". Grrrrr! It made Blake so mad. Needless to say, we are sending in an appeal. The rest of the weekend was a lot of fun, despite the ticket. Happy Anniversary Blake! Love you!

My family carved pumpkins the other night, and had a blast doing it. My mom made a yummy Halloween dinner, complete with witches brew. It was delish! Carving was a lot of fun. I have posted the pictures of our masterpieces. Way to go everyone. They look amazing!

We went to a neighborhood "Trunk or Treat" yesterday. It was so cute to see all the little kiddles in their costumes. Cayden was a bat, Cooper was a ghost and Cole was a little mouse. Their amazing, talented mom, Meg made all of their costumes. How cute are they? Halle is a little Butterfly for Halloween this year. I think she looks pretty dang cute if I do say so myself. I LOVE her fat little cheeks with the antenna's. I made her little tutu, onesie and antenna's. It was so much fun to have a little one to dress up for Halloween this year. We are beginning to have so many firsts with her. It is so awesome.

We hope you all have a wonderful Halloween! Be safe, and stay WARM! :)

Wow. She's so big and cute! We need to get our two girls together. I forget they're so close in age because I feel like Halle is frozen in time since the last time I saw her.
Great job on her costume!

Such a cute little fairy!

If it makes you feel better, Kent got a J-walking ticket ($75) in that same area! Seriously SLCPD...do you not have anything better to do...seriously!

Much love.
