Where does the time go? Halle turned 10 months on the 21st. It is crazy to see how much she has grown. She is such a fun little girl! She is getting so big and independent...she wants to do things by herself, which is sad for me, cause I love to hold her and cuddle her, but now she wants to be on her own, she is scooting everywhere. She loves to just play on the floor with her toys and with Harvey. They are really good friends, and love to tease each other. She has learned how to make a Monkey noise. It is so cute. Blake and I were trying to teach her how to make the noise, she just smiled at us and laughed, almost thinking "you guys are nuts". But the other day while she was in her car seat, I heard her start to go "ooh ooh ooh, ahh ahh" like a monkey in the back seat. It was so funny. Theses little ones are like sponges. They learn so much, so quickly.
Halle is a Tummy sleeper. She LOVES to sleep on her front. I'll put her in her crib on her back and when I go in to check on her before I go to bed, she has rolled onto her tummy and her little bum is in the air. She is doing pretty good at night, usually only waking up once. Which Blake and I are SO grateful for.
Halle loves to eat! She is a great little eater, but you wouldn't know it cause she is seriously skin and bones. At her last check up she was 16.9 lbs and 28" long... But she loves her FOOD. She loves feeding herself little finger foods and making a giant mess. But who doesn't? She has two front bottom teeth and she looks like a cute little hippo when she smiles big.
She loves to sing, (or just hear her own voice) we aren't quite sure. She is always making noises of some sort. When she wakes up in the morning, we can hear her talking and playing in her crib. This little girl is such a fun girl. She loves to laugh, and be tickled. She LOVES bath time and gets very sad when we have to take her out. Halle loves to jump in her jolly jumper. (mom loves it too cause it will wear her out) Halle is such a fun little lady. We are so glad she came to our home.
